    As part of the Minister of Justice’s Enabling Access to Justice Reform Programme, the Department are holding a public consultation on proposals relating to the remuneration of Solicitors and Barristers providing access to legally-aided services.

    Consultation description

    An ambitious Enabling Access to Justice Reform Programme Delivery Plan has been developed.  The multi-year plan sets out the priority areas of reform, deliverables and the associated impacts on civil society and outcomes. This consultation relates to proposals for the remuneration of solicitors and barristers which have been identified for immediate progression.
