    WAITING RESTRICTIONS - CLOGHER
    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Clogher) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026.

    Consultation description

    The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on lengths of Tullybroom Road, Clogher. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
    The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain other waiting restrictions in Clogher.

    Inspecting the proposal
    Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI TRAM Western Division, Network Development Section, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT79 1AF, or viewed online at www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations
    Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 028 8225 4085.

    Making an objection
    Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at TRAM Western Division at the address above or by emailing TrafficWestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk within the stated period.
