Over the past year, the Executive has continued to focus on doing what matters most for the people of Northern Ireland - working together to deliver meaningful progress and improve everyday life for individuals, families and communities.
This Programme for Government Annual Report provides a clear and accessible overview of that progress. It highlights the actions taken across all nine Programme for Government priorities, the impact of those actions on people and places, and the foundations being built for long‑term change.
Delivery of the Programme for Government is a collective endeavour. Departments, local government, the voluntary and community sector, and businesses across Northern Ireland have all played vital roles in achieving progress over the past year.
The report also reflects the Executive’s commitment to openness and accountability - setting out not only what has been achieved, but also the challenges faced and the lessons learned as work continues to strengthen public services, support communities, grow the economy, and protect the environment.
