One of the priorities in Health and Wellbeing 2026: Delivering Together was the development of a leadership strategy which would enable transformation by creating an organisational culture that recognises and promotes collaboration and quality improvement.

In October 2016, a 10 year approach to transforming health and social care was launched, “Health and Wellbeing 2026: Delivering Together”.
