This Code should be considered if an interviewer decides to make a visual recording with sound of an interview with a suspect after midnight on 31 May 2015, notwithstanding that the interview may have been commenced before that time.
 

This Code applies to any arrest made by a police officer after midnight on 31 May 2015.

This code applies to people in police detention following their arrest under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000, after midnight on 31 May 2015, even though they may have been arrested before that time.

The purpose of screening is to identify those policies that are likely to have an impact on equality of opportunity and/or good relations and so determine whether an Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) is necessary. 

The Department of Justice has responsibility for the Health and Safety of Explosives in Northern Ireland and there are Regulations which deal with the carriage of explosives. 

This 1977 Order introduces the mechanisms for applying for compensation in relation to property.  This Order was amended in 2009.
