Local Links Pilot Evaluation Report

The Local Links pilot was established to provide asylum seekers living in Northern Ireland with free travel on Translink services for a six-month period. The pilot’s main aim was to support efforts to disperse asylum seekers across Northern Ireland.
Funding for the pilot came from dispersal funding provided by Home Office and allocated to government departments by the Strategic Planning Group for Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
