The Programme for Government 2008-2011 sets out the Northern Ireland Executive's strategic priorities and key plans for 2008 - 2011. The Programme for Government has been used in determining our Budget and Investment Strategy, which we are publishing at the same time. Together, these demonstrate how we will allocate our resources and capital investment in support of our priorities.
