The Department for Infrastructure having complied with Article 67A (7) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 ("the 1993 Order") hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Article 67A(8) and (9) of its intention to proceed with the proposed A24 Ball

Sets out the Departmental statement on the September 2015 Public inquiry into the proposed A6 Annaghmore Bellshill junction

Having considered the Inspector's report and all other representations made, the Department concurred with the Inspector's recommendation that it should proceed with the proposed Randalstown to Toome dualling scheme. 

The Department has now published the formal Notice of Intention to Proceed with the scheme on the 1 March 2016 for the £6million road realignment scheme at Cornamuck on the A32 Omagh to Enniskillen route. 

Having considered the Inspector's report and all other representations made, the Department concurred with the Inspector's recommendation that it should proceed with the proposed Londonderry to Dungiven dualling scheme.
