Vesting Order documents for the A24 Ballynahinch Bypass

In order to construct the proposed scheme the Department plans a compulsory purchase of the lands required. This is achieved by means of a vesting order. This is the map associated with the vesting order.

The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 304), which comes into operation on 5 August 2015.
