The ranking of economic projects can be relatively easily determined using a range of quantitative economic measures, but estimating the anticipated impact of arts, heritage, sports and community projects - cultural projects - is more challenging.

The Department’s Community Empowerment Division organised and facilitated a round of stakeholder engagement events between October and December 2018 at venues across Northern Ireland; with two in Belfast, and one each in Derry/Londonderry, Ballymena, Portadown and Omagh.
